Our Women's Ministry Christmas Party and Gift Exchange was held this year at the Willow Tree Restaurant in Wills Point, Texas. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves. We had a total of 38 ladies this year. Way more than last year so that's good. It means our church is growing. After lunch we moved the tables out of the way and made a circle with the chairs and started the gift exchange. This is fun because everyone has a number and as their number is called they pick a gift from the pile and open it. The next person to open a gift can either keep theirs or steal someoneelse's gift forceing them to draw from the remaining pile of gifts again. The same gift can be stolen 3 times after that it is considered out and can't be stolen anymore. So whoever steals it the third time gets to keep it. We had a lot of really nice gifts and a lot of stealing going on. It was lots of fun. Next year we hope to have twice as many ladies attend.
